🗣️ REPORT DAY1A – BLANCO AND TORTORELLA SHINE BUT PARIS TAKES THE LEAD – TODAY IS ST. PATRICK’S DAY☘️ – TUESDAY DAY1B 🗣️
🇮🇹 First report of the day from the sunny, spring-like Maltese atmosphere, where yesterday evening the Day1A of the 🗣️🇮🇹 Italian Poker Open 🗣️ 500.000 GTD took place, with both Italian and international surprises lighting up this first flight. Leading the 21 players advancing to Day2 is the Maltese James Paris with almost half a million chips, but there was a foreign dominance in the count, with the first Italian player only in 7th place, Roberto Zuffo, behind Romanian Giba, who accumulated 428,000 chips. Third is the German Isaak, followed by the English Scott with 211,000, with Korean Lim and Spaniard Nunez trailing.
🇮🇹 Among the Italians, glory goes to Daniel Savio, 8th, separated by only 3,000 chips from Zuffo, and then a familiar name in Italian poker, Sabatino Tortorella, who, together with Marinelli and Ritrovato, represents Italy in this Day1A. But not only them—Spampinato also advances to the next phase alongside a “short” Cristiano Blanco. The Italian Stallion will also be present at Day2.
